Regim DAP Habiskan RM1.753 juta Skandal Kuari !!

CAT, kebanggaan Lim Guan Eng sebenarnya terbukti beratus kali tidak sebagus mana seperti yang di gebang dan bohong kepada rakyat.Dulu cerita pasal projek tambun tanah tanpa melalui tender RM 76juta ,sudah lah tak melalui tender kemudian projek sakit pulak tak ikut spesifikasi.


Terlalu banyak kes,penyelewengan dan tidak cekap pengurusan kerajaan negeri didedahkan. Terkini atas ketidakcekapan dan tidak telus kerajaan negeri telah mengakibatkan REGIM DAP TELAH kehilangan wang rakyat RM1.753juta.


Ini semua berpunca YB Law Choo Kiang yang tidak cekap kerana dakwaan yang salah terhadap pihak kuari.Skandal ini telah menyebabkan kerajaan rakyat kehilangan wang yang banyak.

GEORGE TOWN: The DAP-led Penang government has been ordered to repay RM1.753 million to a quarry operator whose operations were frozen after he was accused of under-declaring royalties to the administration.

High Court judge Datuk Yaacob Md Sam yesterday ordered the Seberang Perai Tengah land administrator and the state government, who were named as defendants, to return the amount to Batu Tiga Quarry Sdn Bhd and landowner Ban Seng Huat Sdn Bhd.

The plaintiffs had paid the money after they were accused of under-declaring royalty payments.

Yaacob agreed with the plaintiffs' submission that the defendants had failed to adhere to proper procedures under the National Land Code in appointing state Agriculture and Agro-based Industry, Rural Development and Flood Mitigation Committee chairman Law Choo Kiang to lead the investigation into the quarry operations.

He dismissed the defendants arguments that Law's investigations were valid as the state had full authority over land matters.

Yaacob said the investigations by Law could not be defended in terms of procedures.

He ordered the defendants to immediately pay back the RM1.753 million, at eight per cent interest per annum, to the plaintiffs.

He also ordered the defendants to pay to the plaintiffs all losses and damages suffered as a result of the decision to compel them to pay the royalties to the state two years ago.

The plaintiffs were represented by Tharminder Singh. Muhd Ilmani Ahmad appeared for the defendants.

In 2009, the quarry operator was ordered to pay RM1.753 million in alleged unpaid royalties to the state government.

Batu Tiga was one of three quarries in Seberang Perai Tengah that reportedly had its operations frozen pending investigations into alleged under-declaration of royalty.

The other two were Kuad Sdn Bhd and Saw Chong Teok Quarry Sdn Bhd.-NST

Dek kerana kerugian ini pihak Ketua menteri paling celaka dalam sejarah kerajaan negeri akan sorokkan berita ini dari pengetahuan rakyat. Jika benar telus,cekap dan akauntabiliti,sila masukkan berita ini ke Buletin Mutiara yang dihantar ke seluruh pelusuk negeri.


Tak payah sorok sorok bagi tau kerajaan negeri rugi RM1.753 juta adalah hasil kejayaan melaksanakan CAT.....
